Ike has winds up to 135 mph as of the 2:00 AM Sunday update, though the eye has become very well defined. It appears as if strengthening is taking place. Colorized Infrared Satellite imagery highlights the cold cloud tops of the intense convection surrounding the eye. The symmetry of the storm is note worthy as it tracks slightly to the south of west at 15 mph.

Model consensus takes the storm over Cuba and then into the Gulf. The path of the mean would be over Gustav's track, perhaps lessening a rapid intensification of Ike to some degree due to cooler waters that were churned up by Gustav, though there has been some recuperation time and we could see a major storm (CAT3 or better) in Gulf around the 10th, which is peak for the season.
